Bulk Setting Change

Mystrika Allows you to do selective as well as all bulk setting change.

Bulk Setting change for All Email IDs:

All Bulk Setting is limited to Enabling all Email IDs and Disabling all Email IDs at once on "Home" tab.

This can be done as follows :

  1. "Home" tab, click on "Bulk Actions".

  2. Click on "Activate All" or "De-Activate All" depending on your need.

Wait for the processing to finish.

If you have huge number of email ids on account, you might encounter timeout for some of them.

Don't worry, changes are saved (for all that passed), just retry again. On retry system will only attempt for email ids, that didn't pass in first attempt.

Selective Bulk Setting change:

If you need to update settings for selective email ids, like, Warmup Config change, Campaign Config change, Tracking Domain change, or activate / de-activate, it's possible to do that, upto 100 email ids at a time.

This can be done as follows :

  1. "Home" tab, use the checkbox in the front of every row.

  2. After selecting the email ids you want to make change against, click on "Select Action" button.

  3. Choose the required action for your need.

  4. Make the change, and click update.

  5. Wait for processing to finish.

Tip : You can use the search filter on top to filter the records first, and then select the email ids for faster selection.
