Finally, Signature needs to be enabled in the Campaign you want, by going to Campaign settings.
Multiple level of controls have been provided to ensure, you can disable signature anytime you need.
Note : If you follow the steps above, all emails will already have signatures when sending, and no additional variables are needed.
Variable based method :
If you don't want to configure Email Signature at individual Email ID level, you also have the option to use variable and embed something like signature in your Campaign Email itself.
Mystrika already pre-populates variables like {{sender}}, {{senderfname}}, {{senderlname}} that can be used anywhere in your campaign emails.
So, you can use something like below, in your campaign emails.
Regards,
{{sender}}
Or if you like to use Spintax in that, use below version instead.
{{RANDOM|Sincerely|Best Regards|Kind Regards|Cheers|Regards|Best|Thanks|Thanks and Regards|Yours truely|Thank you|Talk Soon|Many thanks|Warmly|All the best}},
{{sender}}
Mystrika will automatically replace the place holder variable with the display name of sending email address being used.
