Please ensure, you have SMTP and IMAP allowed in your Zoho plan first. Free plans on Zoho doesn't have that.
Zoho is banning all accounts on even a whiff of automation, and is not recommended for Cold Email Outreach Anymore.

Have you enabled 2FA on Zoho?
If you have decided to use 2FA on Zoho, Zoho mandates to use App password instead of your login password to connect IMAP and SMTP.

Generate your App password on Zoho and copy it
Connecting your account to Mystrika

Go to Mystrika Dashboard

Click on "Add Email ID"

Enter "Name on the Email Address" (Zoho email address)

Enter "Email Address" (Zoho email address)

Select type as "IMAP / SMTP"

Our system will attempt to populate the values (best guess) for IMAP and SMTP, Host and Port.

Enter "your email address" in IMAP Username and SMTP Username

Paste generated "App password" in IMAP Password and SMTP Password

Mystrika will automatically validate the credentials and add account successfully if all goes well.
IMAP and SMTP settings :
Zoho has different IMAP and SMTP settings based on which region you registered you Account on.
Eg, Europe, USA, Asia and India has different hostnames.
Please check your account to find correct match.
If you aren't able to connect your email address
Use an Email Client (like thunderbird) and check if your email settings/credentials are actually working, before reaching to Mystrika Support.
