Last updated on Jul 18, 2023

Free iCloud email accounts from Apple has a fantastic reputation, and good delivery rate, that can be used for Cold Email outreach (though it's against their terms).

Follow the Apple's guide to Generate your App password on iCloud and copy it

Connecting your account to Mystrika:

  1. Go to Mystrika Dashboard

  2. Click on "Add Email ID"

  3. Enter "Name on the Email Address" (iCloud email address)

  4. Enter "Email Address" (iCloud email address)

  5. Select type as "IMAP / SMTP"

  6. Our system will automatically populate the value for IMAP and SMTP, Host and Port.

  7. Enter "your email address" in IMAP Username and SMTP Username

  8. Paste the generated "app password" in IMAP Password and SMTP Password

  9. Mystrika will automatically validate the credentials and add account successfully if all goes well.

IMAP and SMTP settings for iCloud :

IMAP Host : imap.mail.me.com

IMAP Port : 993

SMTP Host : smtp.mail.me.com

SMTP Port : 587 or 465

Just sit and relax, warmup stats will start showing up from next day. Mystrika maintains the Warmup Stats for last 7 days.

Note : Mystrika automatically cleans up the warmup emails (including sent emails), and you can find them in a special folder / label.

The name of the folder / label can be found by going to "Home" > click "four dots" > Warmup Config > Copy "Email Code/Identifier".

If you aren't able to connect your email address

  1. Check if you have IMAP enabled, as per process above.

  2. Confirm if you are using "App Password", and not your login password.

  3. Use an Email Client (like thunderbird) and check if your email settings/credentials are actually working, before reaching to Mystrika Support.
